What's the difference between Gateway and BYO LLM?
With Gateway, LLM traffic routes through CodeVine's managed infrastructure — you pay the underlying LLM token costs plus our markup. With BYO LLM, you connect your own cloud LLM (Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, etc.) and pay zero LLM fees through us — just a monthly platform fee and our token markup.
Why is there a monthly fee on BYO LLM?
Maintaining a live connection to your cloud account has real infrastructure cost — even when your team isn't actively using it. The monthly fee covers that baseline, so we can keep the connection secure and ready.
What does the Dedicated tier include beyond BYO LLM?
Dedicated deploys the CodeVine gateway inside your own cloud environment. You get OIDC single sign-on with providers like Okta, full data residency control, and enterprise SLAs. It's built for orgs that need everything behind their own perimeter.
How does the Grafters program work with pricing?
Grafters engagements are scoped separately — Quick Start (4 weeks), Full Org Rollout (8–12 weeks), or Ongoing Embedded — and priced based on team size and length. Platform subscription and Grafters engagements are billed independently. Grafters access is available on the Dedicated tier.
